Job Title: Senior Field Officer

Job Summary:
The Senior Field Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Field Officers within the designated regions. This role involves planning and managing workflow, ensuring that each Field Officer meets their targets within the stipulated budgets, and maintaining the overall efficiency and effectiveness of field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Supervision:
- Oversee and manage the daily activities of Field Officers in the assigned regions.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to Field Officers to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Workflow Management:
- Develop and implement effective workflow plans to ensure smooth operations and optimal productivity.
- Coordinate field activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and adjust workflows as needed to address any operational challenges.
Target Achievement:
- Set clear performance targets for Field Officers and ensure they are met within the specified timeframes.
- Track progress against targets and implement corrective actions if necessary to ensure goals are achieved.
- Analyze performance data and generate reports for management review.
Budget Management:
- Plan and manage operational budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within the allocated limits.
- Monitor budget utilization and implement cost-effective measures to optimize resources.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts as required.
Field Operations Coordination:
- Ensure effective coordination and communication between Field Officers and other departments.
- Address any operational issues or challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment among Field Officers and other team members.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure that all field operations comply with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including community leaders, government officials, and partner organizations.
- Represent the organization at local events, meetings, and forums as required.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to support field operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a field operations or supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and workflow management abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving performance targets and managing budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and field management software.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
